In Egbe, Nigeria, learning the skill of hairdressing can open doors to lifelong opportunity. For our students, it’s more than a trade - it’s a pathway to financial independence, a safe environment to learn, and a way to give back. Right now, our kids must travel into town for apprenticeships, often in environments that are not safe or positive. By building our own hair salon, we can provide hands-on training right here on our campus under the guidance of trusted mentors. One of our first college graduates, Michael, once a student in our program, will lead the apprenticeship, pouring into the next generation just as others once invested in him. With your help, we can create a safe, inspiring space where our children can gain a valuable skill they can use for life as a primary income or a second source to help them thrive through college and beyond.
